Lodge Executive Committee Meeting

Dear Lodge Member:

The next meeting of the Ittawamba Lodge Executive Committee will be held on Saturday – March 13th starting at 4pm at Camp Mack Morris in conjunction with Beaver Day.

 

An email draft agenda will be sent out on Wednesday of next week to prepare attendees of items of discussion.

 

Some of the items that will be discussed will be:

  1. Updated Ordeal dates
  2. 2010 Conclave at Boxwell Scout Reservation
  3. Lodge flap design
  4. OA Night for Summer Camp

 

All lodge members are invited to attend the LEC meeting to be aware of the activities of the lodge.
